Urbenetic validation seal

Trust is not added to an automation. It is verified.

The seal distinguishes Agents whose operation, installation, limits and measurement have been examined by Urbenetic. Analysis begins after publication and usually takes around one month.

It is not easy to earn

A polished listing is not enough. The automation must explain what it does, work in realistic scenarios, handle errors and be installable and measurable.

Why around one month?

We need to review the file, reproduce installation, test normal paths and exceptions, request corrections and verify changes.

Guaranteed installation. Mandatory maintenance.

A publication requirement for every Agent, not an optional extra. Without this commitment, the submission cannot be accepted.

The creator handles configuration, tool connections and a working acceptance test with the customer, within the scope and deadline agreed before purchase. Prerequisites and any installation charges must be explicit.

If a change to Gmail, HubSpot, OpenAI or another supported integration breaks the automation, the creator acknowledges the incident within 24 hours and restores operation within 72 hours, measured from detection or the first report, whichever comes first.

Without a fix by the deadline, Urbenetic pauses new sales and may propose a replacement to the customer. Replacement and any data migration require the customer's consent.

Deadlines are in calendar hours. A provider outage without a technical remedy must be documented and reported; any extension requires explicit Urbenetic approval, a continuity plan and customer updates.
