Developers

We are looking for developers to build AI agents.

Urbenetic is a marketplace of AI agents for businesses. We are looking for developers who can turn a repetitive business process into a reliable automation that non-technical people can actually use.

At a glance

  • Remote work, per Agent delivered
  • Four languages expected: FR, EN, PT, ES
  • You keep authorship of your Agent
  • No sales volume is promised

Profiles we look for

We are not looking for demos. We are looking for automations a business can use every day without technical assistance.

Automation & integrations

You connect real tools — calendars, messaging, CRM, invoicing — and you handle the cases where an API lies, fails or changes.

Conversational agents

You bound a model with a knowledge base, explicit limits and a handover to a person when a request falls outside the scope.

Business product

You start from the business problem, not the technology. You know what to ask a customer before writing the first line.

An Agent, not a bespoke project.

An Urbenetic Agent solves one precise, repetitive problem, is configured for a given business, and can be sold to the next one without being rebuilt.

What Urbenetic takes on

  • Presentation and positioning of the Agent
  • The public page, four languages and search visibility
  • Discovery: catalogue, industry pages, problem pages
  • The commercial relationship and the partners who present the offer
  • The publishing rules: what must be declared before any purchase

What stays with you

  • The design and code of the Agent
  • The integrations and access it requires
  • Production reliability and fixes
  • The documentation needed to install it
  • Second-line technical support

What we expect

The rules are explicit from the first conversation.

Four languages from the start

Interface, prompts, messages, emails, dates and formats in French, English, Portuguese and Spanish. Translating a button is not enough.

An honest scope

If the Agent depends on local law, tax, a payment method or a national API, the covered countries must be stated in writing.

Declared access

Integrations, data used and permissions requested are stated before any purchase. No business data is collected by surprise.

A clear limit

The Agent handles what it can handle and passes the rest to a person. An Agent that improvises outside its scope does not pass review.

How to apply

Three steps, no commitment.

01

Describe the Agent

The problem it solves, the channels, the integrations and what you have already built.

02

Technical and business review

We look at scope, languages, requested access and what is missing before going to market.

03

Preparation and publishing

Listing, languages and terms are finalised together before the Agent becomes visible.

Frequently asked questions

How am I paid?

Terms are agreed in writing before publishing, based on the Agent and its sales model. We promise no sales volume: the marketplace provides visibility and distribution, not guaranteed revenue.

Do I hand over my code?

No. You remain the author of your Agent. What is governed is what gets published: the listing, the languages, the scope and the declared access.

Is exclusivity required?

No. Nothing requires you to withdraw your solution from elsewhere. What matters is that the version published on Urbenetic follows the rules above.

What if my Agent is not finished?

That is not a blocker. The review exists precisely to identify what is missing before going to market, including for Agents still under construction.

How much time does it take?

Entirely dependent on the Agent. The work is per Agent delivered, remote, with no imposed hours.

Already automated a process that works?

Describe it. If the need matches real demand on the marketplace, we will tell you directly — and if it does not, we will tell you that too.
